Hass Petroleum Kenya houses the Hass Group corporate headquarters in the lower Upper Hill area of Nairobi. It also acts as the hub of our ‘Northern corridor covering Uganda, South Sudan, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. In Kenya, the Mombasa port, by its geographical positioning, provides the entry points for the importation of products for Kenya and neighboring countries. The retail business remains central to our operations in Kenya specially build around product quality, diversification delivered through distinguished customer service. Hass Petroleum's head office in Nairobi is the ‘heart’ of the company’s operations and management, overseeing our commercial marketing, bulk selling, and 38 fully-fledged retail stations & shops in Kenya.



ACHIEVEMENTS
Hass Petroleum Kenya has invested heavily in LPG filling capacity in Nairobi and Eldoret, to ensure consistent product supply across the country. We have a massive capacity to hold stock and replenish our customers at the point of consumption. Hass Petroleum Kenya has achieved the superbrand East Africa status. Hass Kenya has recently launched AutoGas and Electrical Vehicle Charging projects starting at Hass Kasarani and Hass Rongai. LPG / AutoGas is the new fuel for new sustainable mobility. Using LPG / AutoGas allows motorists to contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gases
PRODUCTS
The company has three petroleum business lines, fuel, lubricants, and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). Additionally, Hass Petroleum Kenya has been appointed as the sole distributor of Oman Oil, OEM certified, high-grade lubricants by Oman Oil Marketing in Company (OOMC). We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and continue to offer on-demand delivery across all our product lines. Apart from the retail market, we also provide our products to consumers in the manufacturing, agricultural, rail, road, construction, and international development agencies in and around the country.
MARKET OVERVIEW
Hass Petroleum DRC was established in 2008 headquartered in Lubumbashi, where we have a 2.5 million litres depot. This storage facility, supported by our Dar es salaam terminal, enables us to service our contractual obligations with major corporate companies in the mining sector and our retail network. With our massive capacity, we can hold stock and replenish our customers at the point of consumption. Our key clientele includes mining companies, large-scale construction companies, the transport sector, and independent bulk resellers. The hallmark of the Hass brand in DRC is the consistency of supply, hinged on our central oil terminal in Dar es Salaam that assures product supply to the Katanga region that mainly depends on the extraction of copper and cobalt.



ACHIEVEMENTS
To meet our customers’ needs in a timely and efficient manner we have 35 fuel tankers equipped with M-series flow meters for accurate measurement of products on customers’ sites. This gives us an edge against our competitors as well as instills trust among our clientele. Our commitment to delivering reliable, competent, empathic, and responsive service has been foundational for our business in the DRC.
PRODUCTS
Hass Petroleum DRC is engaged in the development of its oil products’ distribution activities and related services around the neighboring regions (Lualaba province and Oriental region). The Company’s areas of activities in the DRC include retail, lubricants, and selling of gasoil and gasoline in bulk. Hass DRC operates 5 service stations. The modern stations feature complimentary car wash and service bays.
MARKET OVERVIEW
Hass Petroleum Somalia was established in July 2012 and operates 9 retail stations mainly across Central and South Somalia. Hass Petroleum Somalia imports its refined petroleum products from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), discharges at the Somali Fuel Company depot, and distributes to consumers and retail stations on demand.



ACHIEVEMENTS
Hass Petroleum Somalia has been recognized by the Somalia Annual Business Awards (SABA) as the business of the year and the best company to work for in 2019 and as a key actor in the development of oil marketing in Somalia by the Government of Somalia.
PRODUCTS
Hass Petroleum Somalia was the first to introduce low sulfur diesel (high-grade diesel) to Somalia. Today, it continues to work with the Government of Somalia and other investors to improve industry regulations and standards to ensure an appropriate and consistent supply of energy required for the envisioned development in the Horn of Africa region. Hass Petroleum Somalia also invested in an inland jet fuel depot near the Mogadishu International Airport complete with in-plane fuelling equipment in an attempt to support the aviation sector. The depot currently serves international and private carriers at the airport. Hass Petroleum Somalia currently delivers fuel, LPG, lubes, and jet fuel to the Government’s projects, non-governmental institutions, transportation suppliers as well as airlines in the country.

Tanzania is one of Hass Petroleum Group’s foundational markets as well as the Southern Corridor nerve center receiving and delivering products to Rwanda, Burundi, South Eastern Congo, Uganda, and Zambia.

Hass Petroleum Tanzania provides total energy solutions to businesses in the mining, construction, and transport sectors, independent outlets, and bulk retailers. We provide them with our quality fuels, gas, and lubricants as Hass Petroleum Tanzania remains one of our focused growth markets for the next two years, with expected new retail stations and the introduction of Hass Gas and Oman Oil lubricants.

Hass Petroleum Tanzania has established a regimented supply chain which starts by importing products through the Port of Dar es Salaam and then storing them in its state-of-the-art storage facility along with the Dar es Salaam port which can hold 34 million litres and has on-demand delivery supported by Fleet Logistics Tanzania, a fully owned subsidiary that is dedicated to fleet logistics. Hass Petroleum Tanzania operates 5 retail stations across the country including Hass Kibaha which recently opened in Dar es Salaam.

Hass Petroleum (U) Limited, an affiliate of Hass Group, is one of the leading petroleum downstream operators in Uganda. Incorporated in 2005 and due to the shareholders’ commitment to sustained investment in distribution and storage assets, Hass Uganda exceptionally grew from three outlets in 2005 to 40 in 2019. Given the attractive market and unprecedented growth opportunities, Hass Uganda marketed white products but diversified the product portfolio to include lubricants and LPG

Hass Petroleum U operates 40 retail stations countrywide offering 24-hour service coupled with auxiliary services to industry; supermarkets, restaurants, insurance companies, washing bays, office spaces, and mobile money services. Hass Uganda has been recognized by the Government of Uganda as a strategic development partner with a distribution share of 25%.
PRODUCTS
Through relentless effort and focus and effectively leveraging our financial, logistics, distribution, and bulk storage capabilities, we were able to become one of the leading OMCs in Uganda with significant market share across our product portfolio. Hass Uganda sustains the ability to hold adequate stocks in our storage facilities to match our customer requirements and diversify our revenue stream through hospitality agreements with other OMCs.

Hass Rwanda was established in 2003 particularly to service growing energy requirements from Rwanda’s agricultural, electricity generation, transport & infrastructure sectors. With a centralized head office in Kigali City, Hass Rwanda continues to be a leading supplier of fuel, and lubricants in the rapidly growing country



ACHIEVEMENTS
Hass Petroleum Rwanda, recognized as the Group’s Central Africa pivot, that in addition serves the neighboring markets of Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo (Kivu areas). Our key clientele includes the local power plant, independent resellers, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, and the transport sector. Hass petroleum Rwanda has successfully serviced the extensive Rwanda Energy Group (REG) fuel contract for the national power plant. Hass Petroleum Hass Petroleum Rwanda is a proud participant and award recipient of the Girinka Initiative that recognizes private sector participation in the livelihood improvement of the people of Rwanda.
PRODUCTS
Hass petroleum Rwanda operates a retail network of seven stations in the key transport hubs in Kigali City (Nyabugogo, Gikondo, Gahanga), Musanze, , Muhanga, Rwamagana, and Rusizi, Hass Rwanda now plans to expand its network to other regions in the country encouraged by a prosperous economy. Hass Rwanda together with the neighboring markets of DRC and Burundi is served by a Hass terminal in Dar es Salaam, supported by on-demand supplies from Mombasa port.
MARKET OVERVIEW
In line with our brand vision of serving new frontiers, the South Sudan market was an obvious choice for us, especially after the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement in 2005. To ensure on-demand supply to consumers as well as our Atlabara, Bor, Toroit, Kaya, Yambo, Kapoeta, and Yei retail stations, we installed a substantial inland depot in Juba, South Sudan’s capital. The company also runs a Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) filling plant for the continued delivery of clean energy in South Sudan.



ACHIEVEMENTS
As the country sought independence, Hass Petroleum South Sudan was the first to launch innovative container service stations to meet the growing demand. Today, our modern service stations run 24-hour service which is crucial for the growing economy. Our immediate expansion plan will see the opening of retail stations in Aweil, Wau, Rumbek, Bentui, and Malakal and a revamped specialty product delivery and sales. Hass Petroleum South Sudan Is a main sponsor of the Atlabara Football Club.

Hass Petroleum South Sudan, recognized as a development partner by the leadership of South Sudan, continues to provide petroleum products to government hospitals, non-governmental organizations, construction companies, power plants, and various transportation suppliers.

Hass Petroleum Zambia was founded in 2006 with the head office located at Garden Corner along Manchinchi Road in Lusaka. Hass Petroleum Zambia, the company’s southern Africa regional hub, is logistically aligned to an already strategic company-owned depot in Tanzania, equipped to supply products across the flourishing market in the country.

The next few months will see the launch of Hass Gas and Hass Lubes to complement the flourishing fuel business as well as an expansion plan of network and services to our valued customers in all the major cities of Zambia.

Today, Hass Petroleum Zambia runs 5 fully-fledged service stations retailing quality petroleum products and an inland depot in Ndola. It also supplies petroleum products to critical segments such as mining and agriculture. Hass petroleum Zambia is considered one of the main oil marketing companies in the region supplying the Government of Zambia.
